Wonderful experience all the way around. When I had foot surgery, my doctor recommended I get a Roll-A-Bout. When I called in, the customer service representative was delightful. She explained everything that I needed to know, and I received the scooter the next day.

The woman I spoke with also got me to buy a waterproof cast protector (for my leg), and it worked perfectly. Excellent customer service and great products! Easy to arrange for delivery and return.

It was comfortable and rolled easily. The customer service is great. I received a call back each time I called, and all my questions were answered.

The Roll-A-Bout Knee Walker made it possible for me to get around after my foot surgery; using crutches was out of the question for me. I have bad knees and was concerned about how it would affect them, but there was no problem. I would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic product and service.

A close friend had used the same Roll-a-Bout twice and highly recommended it. We both live in a hilly area of New York City, so we needed something sturdy when outside.  The scooter was very easy to maneuver and get used to.

Everything from the initial request for equipment to the pickup of the equipment has been excellent. The delivery person was knowledgeable and provided a thorough demonstration of all rentals and purchased equipment use, including any necessary equipment adjustments on site.

The Roll-A-Bout was a huge improvement over crutches. I happen to have a bad shoulder, so it was a game-changer for my mobility.

I am a tall guy (6'4"), and the Roll-A-Bout was large enough. Without this device, I could not have functioned since I live alone. It was a lifesaver. If you need to be off your foot for more than a few days, you must get this.
