ROLL-A-BOUT
The Roll-A-Bout Knee Walker is the original and #1 doctor-recommended knee walker brand since 1994. Our patented anti-tip frame design allows for greater mobility and stability during your recovery.
For over 30 years, the Roll-A-Bout has been supporting individuals recovering from lower leg injury or surgery and promotes resuming normal, daily activities without the hassle and inconvenience of crutches or wheelchairs.
The Roll-A-Bout can accommodate users from 4’10” to 6’10” with a maximum weight capacity of 500 pounds. Don’t settle for a cheap, copycat knee walker that causes more harm and frustration—choose the best knee walker on the market, Roll-A-Bout.
The Roll-A-Bout Knee Walker is used by having the patient move as naturally as possible, almost as if they are still walking on two feet.
The patient should maintain an upright, normal standing posture and keep their body aligned, just as they would when walking. Instead of bearing weight on the injured foot, the knee is placed on the padded platform, and the device supports that side.
Movement should mimic a normal heel-to-toe walking motion with the uninjured leg, while the Roll-A-Bout moves forward smoothly alongside it. The key is that body weight is evenly supported between the standing leg and the knee platform, allowing for controlled, balanced motion.
Patients should avoid hopping or using their upper body to pull or push themselves forward. The goal is a steady, natural stride driven by the leg not the arms so the movement stays smooth, safe, and low strain.
We carry Roll-A-Bout Knee Walker parts and are here to provide you with the correct part. Simply send us a picture of the part you need, and we’d be happy to get your device back up and running. After all, we’re dedicated to helping your recovery.
All Roll-A-Bout Knee Walkers are designed for quick, tool-free assembly. Most patients are able to set up their unit in just a few minutes by attaching the handlebars, adjusting the height, and securing the knee platform into place. The basket can be secured using a provided allen wrench. If you have any questions during setup, our team is available to help guide you.
Both models offer the same core steering functionality and support. The main difference between the two models is the wheel size and intended terrain use.
The SW Roll-A-Bout is designed for your everyday use. It is best suited for indoor use and paved, level outdoor surfaces.
The ATV Roll-A-Bout features larger wheels, which provide easier movement over uneven or rougher terrain, such as yards and gravel.
ARCTIC PULSE
Each Arctic Pulse system comes with everything needed to begin therapy right away, including:
- Cold therapy unit
- Extension tubing
- Therapy wrap
- 4 reusable ice packs
The ice packs take the place of traditional ice, making it more user friendly
The Arctic Pulse delivers continuous cold therapy and compression to the affected area to help reduce pain and swelling.
The system circulates cooling therapy with the help of reusable ice packs while the wrap applies controlled compression to support recovery and improve comfort. The unit coms with a timer as well so the patient can focus on recovery.
For convenience, the unit can be used in two ways:
- Plugged into a standard wall outlet for stationary use
- Battery-powered for portable, on-the-go therapy
This allows patients to continue treatment whether they are resting at home or moving around during the day.
The Arctic Pulse uses 4 reusable ice packs total, with 2 used at a time during therapy.
Each set of 2 ice packs provides approximately 6–8 hours of continuous cooling therapy before they should be rotated with the second set.
This allows for uninterrupted treatment throughout the day by simply alternating between the two sets of ice packs.
The Arctic Pulse is intentionally designed to avoid extreme cold temperatures. This helps reduce the risk of skin irritation or cold-related injury while still providing consistent therapeutic cooling.
Patients can expect a controlled refrigerator-like cooling temperature, which is effective for pain and swelling relief while remaining safe and comfortable to use.
The Arctic Pulse can be rented with a minimum rental period of 3 weeks.
- Initial fee: $355
- If you return the unit at the end of the 3rd week, you will receive a $100 refund, making your total rental cost $255.
- If you keep the unit for a 4th week, your refund will be $50.
-
If you keep the unit for 5 weeks or longer, the rental automatically converts to a purchase, and the device is yours to keep, no return is required.
- For returns, simply email or call our office and a prepaid return label will be provided.
