This couldn’t have been easier from start to finish! From the day I called and ordered my scooter until I returned it with the prepaid label. The scooter itself made my life so much easier and my recovery so much better than other times when I didn’t use a scooter. Thank you for a wonderful product!

A close friend had used the same Roll-a-Bout twice and highly recommended it. We both live in a hilly area of New York City, so we needed something sturdy when outside.  The scooter was very easy to maneuver and get used to.

I am a tall guy (6'4"), and the Roll-A-Bout was large enough. Without this device, I could not have functioned since I live alone. It was a lifesaver. If you need to be off your foot for more than a few days, you must get this.

I don't know how I would have managed after extensive foot surgery without the Roll-A-Bout. Customer Service always answered the phone and was very polite and helpful.

Great service and excellent product. The woman I spoke with initially was very helpful. There was also a young man who was a great assistant at the time of my pickup and once I dropped it off.

Wonderful experience all the way around. When I had foot surgery, my doctor recommended I get a Roll-A-Bout. When I called in, the customer service representative was delightful. She explained everything that I needed to know, and I received the scooter the next day.

The woman I spoke with also got me to buy a waterproof cast protector (for my leg), and it worked perfectly. Excellent customer service and great products! Easy to arrange for delivery and return.

The Roll-A-Bout was a huge improvement over crutches. I happen to have a bad shoulder, so it was a game-changer for my mobility.

The Roll-A-Bout Knee Walker made it possible for me to get around after my foot surgery; using crutches was out of the question for me. I have bad knees and was concerned about how it would affect them, but there was no problem. I would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic product and service.

Everything from the initial request for equipment to the pickup of the equipment has been excellent. The delivery person was knowledgeable and provided a thorough demonstration of all rentals and purchased equipment use, including any necessary equipment adjustments on site.

This is a sturdy piece of equipment, and the customer service is outstanding. I would recommend this over Amazon any day.
