It was comfortable and rolled easily. The customer service is great. I received a call back each time I called, and all my questions were answered.

Great service and excellent product. The woman I spoke with initially was very helpful. There was also a young man who was a great assistant at the time of my pickup and once I dropped it off.

Everything from the initial request for equipment to the pickup of the equipment has been excellent. The delivery person was knowledgeable and provided a thorough demonstration of all rentals and purchased equipment use, including any necessary equipment adjustments on site.

This couldn’t have been easier from start to finish! From the day I called and ordered my scooter until I returned it with the prepaid label. The Roll-A-Bout Knee Walker made it possible for me to get around after my foot surgery; using crutches was out of the question for me. I have bad knees and was concerned about how it would affect them, but there was no problem. I would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic product and service.

The Roll-A-Bout was a huge improvement over crutches. I happen to have a bad shoulder, so it was a game-changer for my mobility.

I don't know how I would have managed after extensive foot surgery without the Roll-A-Bout. Customer Service always answered the phone and was very polite and helpful.

I am a tall guy (6'4"), and the Roll-A-Bout was large enough. Without this device, I could not have functioned since I live alone. It was a lifesaver. If you need to be off your foot for more than a few days, you must get this.

Wonderful experience all the way around. When I had foot surgery, my doctor recommended I get a Roll-A-Bout. When I called in, the customer service representative was delightful. She explained everything that I needed to know, and I received the scooter the next day.

A close friend had used the same Roll-a-Bout twice and highly recommended it. We both live in a hilly area of New York City, so we needed something sturdy when outside.  The scooter was very easy to maneuver and get used to.
